I hope for a world filled with love, not only on a wedding day, but every single day. It is so easy to give back to our community and every day I'm very thankful for the wonderful couples I meet from around the world, all with different love stories, life stories and backgrounds. 

I believe that what goes around comes around, so if I help someone, then that person will help someone else.

At the end, when you least expect it, love will come back to you. You just have to keep your heart open.

Based on my own life story, children is what keep us going and the ones that will/can change this world.

So there are 3 organizations that are very special to me:

ST JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL: I became a member back in 2012 when my son was born. While holding my newborn one day their tv commercial was on the air. I've watched many times, but this time was different. Now, I had a son and what if the child on the commercial was him? That is when I realized that been a mom had changed me forever, in more ways that I could have ever imagined. Now I needed to help, because it could have been us.

FAMILY VOICES INDIANA: And life gives you surprises!! Many indeed. Now, my purpose to help was different, because it was now our own journey. That is how this wonderful organization came to my life. There are so many things that come up when you are a parent of a special needs child. Endless questions, health care management, special education and the list is never ending. That's what this non profit organization does. They provide information, training and one-on-one support to families of children and youth with special health care needs, and the professionals who serve them.

Knit for charity:  I like to volunteer or share kindness in different ways, at the beginning of 2017 was Gleaners so I thought, what's next? Knit newborn hats to donate to women shelters and/or hospitals, came like a perfect fit.  

To give back to the special needs community, I recently started an Etsy store, with the purpose to buy

"1 hr massage" gift cards to give to local special needs parents.
